I booked a caravan for my partner on his work trip. When he got to the caravan, there was dirty dishes/ stains on the table/ old cans of drinks underneath the beds.
Clearly they did not bother to even look in this caravan before handing the keys to another person. Also an absolute headache they do not provide sheets and bedding, I have never been to a caravan that I need to provide my own. Towels yes, not bedding!
Absolutely shocking will definitely not be coming here again.

Even if I went here last year, I forgot to write a review. I'm my opinion this is one of the nicest parks I ever went too. What I loved about the park is all the activities you and your family can do, suck as swimming, go karts, the arcade and the entertainment area with the bar, which was very nicely themed. When I went, the caravan we have rented for the 5 days it was not too bad but I thought it could be better, It was very clean, but there was only a tiny bit of stains on the wall, but it's no big deal as it could of been worse. I personally love the location of the park by the beach which was very relaxing. The staff at seawick were very kind and very professional, and I loved the performances on stage, and it was an amazing way to end the day with a drink and a place where the kids can enjoy themselves. I would definitely recommend it to anyone planning to visit and to my family and friends, expect me to return at some point in the incoming future

It's not as accessible as you would like, but it's OK if you want to get away from the hum drum. Please check with the caravan park before you go away that the caravan is theirs as some caravans are rented by private companies whom do not have access to the site warden or maintenance team and this will spoil your holiday away. I experienced this. There is a pub and chippy close by and amusements but take a torch with you as the park use low light l.e.d streetlights. Watch where you walk too please.

Very lovely park all in all. Had a lovely 4 days.
Activity plan was great.
Once we knew what was going on.
However, swimming pool is very merky, very little changing facilities and cold. Really not worth the 30mins you get.
The clubhouse was great. Good prices and really great entertainment team.
We would come back just maybe not to swim 😂

We always come here, every year for the past 11 years, as little as I can remember. When we got there we was asked by a really lovely young lady to sign a piece of paper to say we wouldn’t smoke in the caravan or we would get £100 fine; …

Went there this year - Hideous place. Ferrel kids everywhere, pool you a grand total of 45 mins a day and is basic and nothing like the pictures, everything else closed unless it’s peak summer (other than the rip off arcades where you win a few penny sweets for £30 spend) - go elsewhere trust me unless you like holidaying with the pond life of the UK….

Been before & refuse to go into entertainment area as door staff ridiculed my disability (I have lymphoedema & was heavily bandaged in compression at the time. I never returned rest of the week as felt totally humiliated).
We much prefer the Tudor Bar, staff & atmosphere much friendlier.
Caravan cleaning needs inspecting, light switches dirty, cupboard handles greasy, cooker definitely not cleaned since last occupants, dish rack covered in a filthy crust of something beige, grill pan was thick grease & utensils filthy. I always wash things before use, but don't expect to have to do the whole cutlery drawer & every piece of crockery plus removing food debris from saucepans! We also have no mixing bowl or jug, which we had before & my Son also had these in his gold caravan last week (we're in adapted).
The welcome pack is great, but they need to not 'cheap out' on the washing up liquid, it's like shower gel & leaves a yucky film on everything.
Skirtings & edges need a wipe down but it's not the end of the world, it's just attention to detail.
The upholstery however (cushions) are filthy on the back. The TV remote was greasy & filthy.
One drawback, the bed is too close to the wardrobe & because of my leg condition, I couldn't get into the bed, I had to sleep in the single bed, hubby missed his snuggles 😔
Last caravan we had, we had plenty of room around the bed, so I don't understand the positioning this time. Beds are super comfy. Much better caravan location this time, right opposite pool rather than 3 rows back.
Overall, happy with visit, but little things just need tweaking & the cleaners need a kick up the butt or to be spot checked on what they're doing & not cut corners! We didn't check in until 6 due to heavy traffic, so it's not like they were being rushed to finish.
Location isn't great for people without transport, can feel a bit isolated, although there is a bus service I believe.
End of the day, a holiday is what you make it. Not worried about the beach, I can't stand sand... Or stones.
Rooms: Comfy
Walkability: Fine if you don't have mobility issues
Food & drinks: Pricey

Booked a van for 4 nights taking 2 dogs for free. Friendly staff most of the time, entertainment good. Downside was the bar closed early @22.00 and drinks were very pricey too. However; the holiday was value for money
Food & drinks: Decent food in restaurant, good selection of drinks

Had a lovely week at Seawick. The caravan was comfy and provided a base for visiting the area. Had a meal in the venue one evening and it was hot and tasty. The evening entertainment was well worth watching. Kieran, Katie, Charlotte …
