We absolutely love our new hot tub. The guys were superb In their overall customer service. They came to survey the area in which we wanted the tub to go to make sure it was suitable. The delivery and setup was also superb. They explained the procedure for looking after the tub and how to treat the water. Any aftercare questions were answered with professionalism. They were very friendly and made the process easy. Thank you.

Great product, arrived within days but a cushion had a cut in the fabric. Rang up and they said they will send one out and Apologised. That was 5 weeks ago and still haven't heard anything 😕

I mean I walked past didn't go in but it did look inviting :) not really a song and dance
